Intellectual Property Rights Unless otherwise indicated, the Site and our proprietary "Readiness Node" software, source code, databases, functionality, and designs are owned or controlled by us and are protected by copyright and trademark laws. You are granted a limited license to access the Site for the purpose of evaluating our services.

3. Industrial Pilot Program Disclaimer Our services and hardware prototypes are provided for "Proof of Concept" and evaluation purposes. While we adhere to strict engineering standards, PowerMovz AI Architects, LLC is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the testing of our sensors on your equipment.
