In my 21 years across Newport News Shipbuilding and the DoD, I’ve maintained and managed one of the most critical assets on the planet, Nuclear Powered Submarines. Research states that unplanned downtime costs major manufacturers an average of $100,000 per hour. By relying on human rounds, facilities are essentially choosing to be "blind" to their equipment's health for 95% of the operating day (Stephen et al., 2022).

Does this require access to our corporate Wi-Fi?

No. The Readiness Node operates on a strictly "Air-Gapped" architecture. We can store data locally on SD/SSD or use a cellular backhaul that never touches your internal network.

Do you need to shut down the machine to install it?

No. Our magnetic/epoxy mounting system is non-intrusive. We can deploy while the asset is running.

What happens after the 30-Day Pilot?

We deliver a comprehensive Asset Health Report (PDF) detailing the vibration baseline and spectral analysis. You own the data. We then discuss a Phase 2 fleet-wide deployment.
